How Personal and Organisational Coaching Delivers Results

The flow-down effects of executive coaching
Drawing on my extensive experience and knowledge of the financial services sector, I combine understanding and empathy with a clear analytical appreciation of every situation. The objective is to develop a program that gives each client a practical and effective approach to perform better at work and to enjoy a more balanced, stress-free life.
In addition to enhancing individual workplace skills and work-life balance, executive coaching development programs are designed to transform senior managers into successful leaders. These are people who not only understand themselves and how to maximise their performance, but who can also understand, motivate and coach their teams, at both collective
and individual levels.
A proven process, individually optimised to maximise results
In a confidential and calm environment, an individual coaching program begins by identifying and exploring any immediate issues and pain points. During this process, you, as a client, are helped to recognise your personal strengths and weaknesses and develop strategies to maximise your strengths and minimise the impact of your weaknesses.
At this stage, the focus is on creating achievable goals and measurable paths to them. An additional step provides the tools you may need to recognise, analyse and deal with future issues, using the knowledge and skills from the process just described.
Moving through the program, professional psychometric testing is also used to gain a deeper understanding of what motivates each individual and to gain insights into your personal and career goals and behaviours.
Next, thought-provoking discussions, and insightful workshopping of issues are used to create innovative and practical solutions tailored to your specific workplace or life situations, enabling you to perform more effectively, with more confidence and less stress.

Time and cost-effective programs for busy people
Developed with an understanding of how busy and time pressured you are, the executive coaching program takes place over 12 months. It comprises monthly 90 minute personalised, face-to-face sessions, plus email or phone contacts to address any issues that arise, or questions you may have.
Numbers in the coaching program are limited to ensure each participant receives high-quality, specific and personally-focused guidance to help them transform their work situation and personal life.
If you are a C-level, senior or mid-manager who wants to improve your work-life balance, or are motivated to become a better leader and have positive impact on your organisation, you will gain substantial benefits from executive coaching.
Are you a candidate for executive coaching? A quick check list
While individual circumstances vary and wide range of people gain from executive coaching, there are some common factors which many of my clients have shared, and successfully addressed. These include:
- A highly stressful work situation
- Unclear lines of communication
- Lack of confidence in leadership abilities
- Pressure to perform
- Poor company culture
- A lack of connection to their role
- Taking workplace problems home
- A lack of work-life balance
Whether you are an experienced leader or new to leadership, you will discover that executive coaching can help to overcome difficulties, give you more confidence and improve your management and life skills. The result is a more rewarding and productive work environment and a more satisfying work life balance.
